A dental crown is a full-coverage restoration that caps a damaged tooth, restoring its shape, strength, size, and appearance. A bridge uses adjacent teeth or implants as anchors to replace one or more missing teeth with a fixed, non-removable prosthetic.
At Dentist, we use CEREC CAD/CAM technology to design and mill your crown in the office in a single visit. There is no waiting for a dental lab, no temporary crown, and no second appointment. You leave the same day with a permanent, precisely fitted ceramic crown.
Crown Materials
We offer zirconia and all-ceramic crowns exclusively — no metal, no dark margins at the gumline. Zirconia is the strongest ceramic material available, making it ideal for back teeth. All-ceramic crowns offer the most lifelike translucency for front teeth. Your dentist will recommend the best material based on the location and function of the tooth.
Dental Bridges
A bridge consists of two crowns on the teeth adjacent to the gap (abutments), with one or more artificial teeth (pontics) suspended between them. Bridges are a fixed, non-removable alternative to implants, typically completed in two appointments. They restore chewing function, prevent teeth from drifting, and are covered by most insurance plans.
Aftercare
Crowns and bridges require the same care as natural teeth — brushing, flossing, and regular checkups. For bridges, floss threaders or water flossers are recommended to clean underneath the pontic. With proper care, crowns and bridges routinely last 10–15 years or longer.
